Talymo is a SaaS app I designed and built end to end for small studios and mid-size production companies. One tool that brings equipment tracking, callsheets, and job details into a single place, instead of spreading them across spreadsheets, email threads, and three different software products.
The Problem
Production teams manage three things at once. Jobs and their details. Equipment that needs tracking. Callsheets that pull both together for the crew. Most teams do this in three separate places, which means information lives in too many spots and goes out of sync at the worst possible moment, on the day of a shoot.
The product design
The structural decision came first. Equipment and Jobs are the two core objects in the system. Callsheets are generated from them, not created separately. That single decision removes the duplication and version-mismatch problems most teams live with.
The interface is deliberately quiet. No dashboards full of widgets, no notification overload, no feature shelf. A user opens Talymo and sees what they need to act on, in the order they need to act on it. Production work is chaotic enough on its own. The software should not add to it.
What it brings to client work
Talymo shows the full range of work in one product. Positioning, product structure, brand, launch site, all designed and shipped by one person. It is the same approach I bring to Timez clients.
